WORKSHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions: 

Please take the time to read through our T&Cs before booking into a class. 

Your order is a digital booking, you do not receive a voucher in the post. 

Please note workshop bookings are strictly non refundable.

If you are unable to attend the workshop please get in touch with us via email at hello@thenewforestcandlecompany.co.uk with at least 7 working days notice, before your booked slot.

Please note that due to the limited availability of spaces in our workshops, we are unable to reschedule bookings to other dates without the required notice - please be sure that you and/or any guests you may be booking for, are able attend your session before you book. This also applies if you are unable to attend due to reasons such as illness, transport issues, weather conditions, injury etc.

Bookings are transferable to other guests - you may arrange for someone else to attend the session in your place, i.e, if you are unable to attend yourself, or you would like to gift the session. We will just need you to confirm this with us via email to hello@thenewforestcandlecompany.co.uk and to let us know their name and email address so that we may then confirm booking details with them.

 

Please note that we ask for a minimum of 7 days notice for changes to bookings.

Punctuality is important, our classes start promptly, therefore we request that you arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of your session.

 

This will give you time to get comfortable and meet your new friends. If you arrive late you may not be able to join the session and this may also be treated as a cancellation - we will not be able to move your booking to a different session. This also applies if you are late due to reasons such as illness, transport issues, weather conditions, injury etc.

 

Classes are open to anyone over the age of 18.

Private/Corporate Workshops: 

As well as hosting public workshops we also work with partners for bespoke off site events.

We can arrange private workshops and have worked on a number of corporate events bringing together creative talent and curating special days.

WORKSHOP FAQ'S

Can I change the date of my workshop?
Please request any date changes at least 7 working days ahead of your booked workshop. If you're ill or cannot attend the workshop last minute please email support@earlofeast.com so that we can let you know your options.

Can I get a refund on my workshop ticket?
As per our T&Cs, please note workshop bookings are strictly non refundable.
However, if you are unable to attend the workshop we will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking with at least 7 working days notice via email before your booked slot at hello@thenewforestcandlecompany.co.uk

What if I turn up late to a class?
Though we ask you to please arrive on time, we’re happy to accommodate latecomers up to 5-10 minutes past the class start time.

How long will the workshop last?
Our candle making workshops are usually around 60-90 minutes.

 

Do you have wheelchair access?
The workshop location of our candle making workshops is subject to change. Please drop us an email at hello@thenewforestcandlecompany.co.uk with any accessibility requirements so that we can advise / prepare your space ahead of your workshop. 

 

Can I bring a plus one if they haven't booked? 
Our workshop space only has the capacity to hold booked guests and the workshops will be prepared for the number of guests booked on.

 

Are the candle making classes suitable for young children? 
Our workshops are not designed for children, but we’re happy to welcome children from the ages of 12+ who are accompanied by an adult also booked into the class.

 

Can I bring food to the workshop? 
We ask for no food to be present during the session, it's a pretty hands on experience so we wouldn't want food getting in the way.

 

Can I take my candle home with me on the day of the session? 
We encourage everyone to take their candles home with them on the day but they will need to cure for around 24 hours after the class and can either be collected or we can post them out after the class.

 

I want to host a private candle making session with my friends / family / team - how do I do this?
